Opening Prayer

I receive call from people from all walks of life, asking for prayer.  Some ask me to pray with them about their physical health, emotional well-being and etc...It wasn't until this morning, when I found out what true ministry was all about.  When it hits home is where you meet true ministry; I minister all day to people, but when it's right in your face it gives you awake up call.  Not until I received a call from a family member, asking me to pray for them, is where ministry becomes a reality.  This morning I answered my cell phone and on the other end of the receiver was my very own flesh and blood crying out for help.  Immediately two verses hit my spirit...Isaiah 40:31 "But those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength, they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, the shall walk and not faint."  If we would just wait on the God and not take matters into our own hands and not wander off into our own destiny, but wait, and I say again but wait...you will come out on top, and your spirit will be renewed and you take off like an eagle, and then shall you run and not be weary, and shall walk right into you destiny and not faint. 

The other verse that came to my spirit for her was Ephesians 3:20 :Now to Him is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us.

Lord Father God, we thank You for being King of kings and Lord of lords, we know you as a Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father and Prince of Peace, You are an all knowing God, we thank you that You sit in high places, and  you see all things, so now we ask that you will reach down into the low place and touch Jasmine's heart, and remind her that You are Lord over ever situation in her life...and Lord we know that you are stronger than every storm that will try to consume her life...we ask that you keep your hands upon her, her husband and children...and we ask that she will cast her burden upon You Lord, and you will sustain her; redeem her soul in peace from the battle which is against her...Lord give you angels charge over her life and her family concerning them, to guard her and keep her...set her securely on high, for Lord, You have been her dwelling place, and we thank you, we will be so careful to give you all the praises and all the glory in Jesus name Amen!
